After we bought jack-fruit from the vegetables-seller, me and Nurul was waiting at the Bus Station at Temanggung for a bus to leave to Wonosobo. Today, January 11th, 2016 was the day scheduled for the 3rd Development meeting The Water Temple Sobobanyu (RPCAS-3).

Unbelievable, usually the bus is running so fast. If he can not dust off the road he looks like not alive but truly we were enjoy he was inconsiderate if catching the time. Wuih! While today they drove are very slow, they were stop in the bus stop in Parakan district. There is a timeless singer coming to the bus, Nurul with charity mind is given some penny, and I only just enjoy to think about that old singer, why he is so consistent in inconsistent; start from do play music and sing a full song using his harmonica until this morning only one line of song with clapping hand, afterward his candy plastic is moving to the passengers.

So we bought also twenty ‘arem-arem’ (rice snack wrapped in banana leaves), 15 bark fruit, two plastic jack fruit that we bought before to give additional dishes once with “wingko babat” as earlier snack have been bought for the RPCAS-3 meeting that held in a restaurant in Sindoro Sumbing.

Books with feature “cars” was putting a name then its distributed to all teams after prepared inside in a blue color plastic-map. And the meeting begin.

Time goes by, as we just discussed in serious moment. This time has very different feeling rather than others two meetings before. By the seat on the wood-floor ‘lesehan’ formatted and with feeling of coolness of Sindoro-Sumbing weather had made our heart one commitment , this is some hope which cannot be bargained that we do together hand in hand.
 
The some points below are to be concerned to all teams of Sobobanyu and all parties who truly supports:
 
A. The important decisions from the RPCAS-3 are:

• Executing for plan A
• The goal of the plan A has a due in April 2016, it must start to build a Sobobanyu Kledung (Pilot Project).
• The time of Plan A is less than 100 days starts from today meeting, Team “small” and Team “Big” shall do hard work to achieve this Plan A

 
B. The summary of 100 Days working plan::

• Develop internal (local community) and external (public and government) fundraising. Team “Small” will do routine meeting every Monday, and their do funding section also to start. Team “Big” will follow up contacting existing contributor candidates, provide proposal KNIH for 1000 companies, and execute Program 1 Mio Book from Petaru, Pelipus, Help and First Initiator.
• Technical team will complete their data.
• Licensing and legality must be cleared with detail information and after technical data completed and getting funds so legality and licensing should be taken
• Ask for supporting to the province and central Government

 
C. To accomplished 100 Days program: Sobobanyu Kledung shall:

• Teams shall keep unity in solidarity through commitment. It must be proven rather than talks.
• Increasing communication around team, team “small” will do routinely gathering every Monday at 1pm starting on Monday 18th. Team “Big” will do Skype Conference once a week (Date and Time will be notified)

Stage for community socialization shall be starting

• Stage for local until central government be entangled in this project shall be starting

 
Hoping The Sobobanyu which since your ancestor had been looking for, we are wishing this Sobobanyu become real and farmers in Sindoro Sumbing is happier.

Any detail information shall be seen in RPCAS-3.
