Main Purpose
- Derived Products and Price Buffer, particularly agricultural processing of commodities that are not absorbed by the market in order to control prices at the farmer level into derived products that have value added
- Extension of CELENG, as an extension of unit business which will be developed by CELENG, microfinance
- The empowerment of women, giving jobs to women so that women in village did not go abroad seeking livelihood as being TKW
- Adaptive SMHE, become a SMHE the more relevant and adaftive with the condition and situation of the local people

KESUMA is embryo UUA (Business Unit of Member) of microfinance. KESUMA in the running of its functions, has six main pillars in making a product, the six pillars of the guidelines, namely:

Product and Focus of SMHE
- Agricultural Product, The SMEHS will be developed relating to agricultural product. It is to help the stability of the prices for some commodities that could processed such as snack foods, herbs, herbal products, dried chilies, tomato sauce, cosmetics and wellness products .
- Non Agricultural Products, the SMEHS will be developed relate with food as well as stationery product like envelopes, glue, notes and so on. These unit will be built near the Regency Temanggung and is specialized to empowering the women community in Temanggung Regency.
