Terms and Conditions

1. Price. The unit of “set” for book in package selling for example the trilogy book is mean including price for 3 titles or 3 books. Excluding disc. and shipping cost.
2. Online Shopping. May be applied an additional charge by Paypal for credit card payment. Only available for Individual transaction, Non Individual please email malova@giharu.com. Sale price in shop menu is price after Promotion Disc. about 2% only. Its less of disc. (see disc. table above) for min order 100 and more will use Voucher Number (Voucher will use sale price as basis price), please email us before do a transaction.
3. General Discount. Available for all book including unreleased book nor had been released book and from Individual, Business and school buyer (please see the top table). For “Individual Price” including Individual, SMHE Petaru Partner and Non Profit Group.
4. Special Discounts. Only available for books that donated (Pelipur’s Program) and could not be added with Promotion Discount. To active Special Disc. (needed Voucher Number) for any qty order please email malova@giharu.com. Terms and conditions applied.
5. Promotion Discount. An additional discounts that applied to unreleased book only and can be add in Special Discount. Available during promotional period (see the “new” and “upcoming” icon).
6. Maximum Discount. Get maximum disc. 25% applies for order min 1000 sets or books and 23% for order min 500 sets or books (all book) if joined in The First Initiator Program & Help Program.
7. Simple Talks (SSB). Is a book review event with any theme that can be selected. The event is supported by the art performance of Wayang and others. To get SSB program with min 2-10 million IDR order (depending on the location). Accommodation and transport costs will be charged for the buyer of the business and to schools and non-profit institution are free to Central of Java and Yogyakarta and applicable to other areas with special condition.

9. Petaru Price. Petaru that sell our book must provide at least similar with the normal price, the amount of shipping fee subject to volunteer policy.

11. Shipping Fee. Shipping fee paid for regular shipment (1-2 weeks). Free shipping cost for one address which condition min order 100 books for JAVA & BALI, min 150 books for SUMATERA & Makasar, min 300 books for the whole SULAWESI, KALIMANTAN (excluded Berau, Pangkalan Bun and Sampit), NTB & NTT and min 500 books for PAPUA, Ambon, Berau, Pangkalan Bun & Sampit.
12. Shipment Schedule. At least 2 weeks-3 months (depending on the number of order, stock or schedule published) since payments received.
13. Publication of Buyer’s Name. We are allowed t publish the names of the buyers in the related media.
14. Signature. Please inform us if require author’s signature.
15. Special Partnership. For order of special partnership such as book for customer reward , if the books will be delivered by us to partner’s customer will be charged additional cost for shipping
16. Release Date. The book with the “new” icon is the book will be published first than the books with icon “upcoming”.
17. Price changes and other provisions. Can be changed at any time without notice.
