Sobobanyu no only the infrastructure. Sobobanyu is a development of the soul. The team that gets involved here is a first party should experience development of the soul—we just only as fellow human beings who are hungry to ‘ngombe’ (drink). We can do influencing spreader to around circle after the soul developed. The closest is the challenge in front of the eyes.
Solidity of team is the virtue in building due to interplay with one with other. If you do not have any property to be give but you still have yourself to be carried then the third stage would be a stepping stone towards the goals after that you will be flying.
Description of Meeting
Never mind, at last we can go through until the third stage with any constraints and challenges. Sometimes it’s good to build something not too fast because the acceleration often gives a very big gap. Solidity of Team “Small” Sindoro Sumbing is also accomplished in the 3rd RPCAS meeting, and we wish all the teams can now work together, hand in hand and gotong-royong to prove it the Sobobanyu can be realized.
Meeting of the RPCAS-3 can be said already very good in terms of timeliness. This is due to a meeting held in the village of Sindoro Sumbing, the team from village can be easier to reach the venue than the previously meetings. The thing that we keep believe the spirit of togetherness has rise up to the top level.
- Build an understanding of sustainable development (Supply general knowledge)
- Build an understanding that Sobobanyu is the development of the soul (Supply general knowledge)
- Consolidation and strengthening of Team Small of Sindoro Sumbing
- Explanation of the duties and responsibilities of a Team Small of Sindoro Sumbing
- Development schedule and plan together

Minutes of Meeting
- Team will work hard to achieve the Plan A. Plan A with defined for Sobobanyu Kledung (project example) can immediately began construction in late April 2016
- Plan A leaves 100 working days, therefore the team will work with earnest
- Team “Small” will focus its internal funding and a Team “Big will focus funding from external
- The song and motion of Sobobanyu accounting for two weeks since this meeting RPCAS-3 will be completed and at the meeting RPCAS-4 would be socialized to all team
- Team “Small” Sindoro Sumbing consists of 6 persons with their respective duties and responsibilities in accordance with the capacity and background of each
- The next meeting has not been determined because it will contact all teams first before it was decided
